Each Chrome extension you connect to UserFeed is one extension. Every extension is a self-contained bundle — an uninstall feedback form and a public feedback portal (feature requests, voting, roadmap, status updates) — for $4/month.

What's included on the free plan?

One extension with an uninstall feedback form, unlimited responses, and a basic dashboard. The public feedback portal is a Pro feature.

How does Pro pricing work?

$4/month per extension. It scales with the number of extensions you manage — 1 is $4/mo, 5 is $20/mo, 20 is $80/mo. No seats, no add-ons, no feature gates.

Is there an annual option?

Yes — $40/year per extension, which is two months free versus paying monthly.

How long is my data kept?

Free plans retain responses for 30 days. Pro keeps everything for as long as your subscription is active — unlimited retention, included in the $4.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

Do you offer refunds?

Is the UserFeed badge removable?

The free plan shows a small "Powered by UserFeed" badge on your feedback form. Upgrading to Pro removes it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Billing is handled securely by our payment provider.
